Our flow pack packing film

Vitalof has developed a special packing film that ensures that the chicory stays fresh for longer and that almost entirely eliminates green discoloration.

The packing film is studded with lots of tiny holes. Although these holes are too small to see with the naked eye, they allow the chicory heads to keep breathing. The oxygen content within the pack is reduced naturally and the CO2 content is increased. This keeps the product fresh and crunchy for a much longer period.
