‘Kom in de Kas’ (‘Come to the Greenhouse’) is the annual event that is put on by the Dutch market gardening sector that is open to the general public. Every year, chicory growers attend this event during the first weekend of April to show off their pride and joy, namely their harvests of lovely, healthy, tasty chicory.
